Mr. Reis is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm's Corporate and Estates and Trusts Services Group. His practice is in the areas of estate planning, estate administration elder law, professional corporations, business succession planning, transfers of wealth in family-owned businesses and Orphans= Court litigation. Mr. Reis is a former Vice President of the Trust and Investment Department of Mellon Bank, and he lectures and conducts training sessions on Estate Planning topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Duquesne University Planned Giving Department, The Equitable, The New England, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System, PPG Industries, Westinghouse Retirees, Lions International, First Commonwealth Trust Company, Hefren-Tillotson, Inc., Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, The Academy for Life Long Learning at Carnegie Mellon University , Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and various other groups. Mr. Reis is a former board member of the Visiting Nurse Foundation and previously served as Board President of the Visiting Nurse Association and founding member and former Treasurer of the Visiting Nurse Foundation.
