Ms. Milliken is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Services Group. Ms. Milliken represents primary and excess insurance carriers in various complex insurance coverage matters with an emphasis on policies issued to mutual funds, investment companies, banks, fiduciaries, directors and officers and various professionals.

Ms. Milliken's practice involves a range of insurance coverage services, including analyzing and rendering coverage advice, monitoring underlying litigation and assisting the firm's litigation department in representing carriers in coverage litigation, including the filing and defending of declaratory judgment actions in state and federal court.

One notable project includes assisting a large national insurance company in the handling of many claims arising out of the 2003 market timing and late trading regulatory investigations of various mutual funds and investment advisers by the SEC and the New York Attorney General as well as the many securities class action and ERISA lawsuits related thereto.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Milliken was an attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC. Ms. Milliken was an attorney with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling when it merged with Buchanan in 2006.
