Ms. Applegate is a Senior Associate and member of the firm's Corporate Services Group. She practices in the areas of corporate law and real estate, including matters such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and entity formation, dissolution, and reorganization.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Applegate worked as a systems analyst and as a supervisor of the administration of class action claims for the Center for Claims Resolution, a non-profit corporation created to provide for the administration, defense, payment and disposition of asbestos-related personal injury claims and lawsuits of its member corporations.
