Mr. Scioscia is a member of the firm's Corporate Services Group. Mr. Scioscia's practice includes counseling incorporated and unincorporated business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships and sole proprietorships, on a wide range of legal issues such as formation, dissolution, reorganization, and financing; representing both sellers and buyers in asset and stock based acquisitions, divestitures and mergers; performing corporate reorganizations; tax law and estate planning.
After receiving his LLM in taxation, Mr. Scioscia spent nine years with the Alumninum Company of America specializing in corporate and international taxation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Scioscia was a co-founder and principal in several start-up ventures.
