Mr. Toney is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Services and Corporate Services Groups. Mr. Toney represents insurance carriers in various insurance coverage matters, primarily involving policies issued to directors and officers, fiduciaries and various professionals.
In his practice, Mr. Toney provides various services, including analyzing coverage issues, monitoring underlying litigation and working with the firm's litigation department in coverage litigation. Mr. Toney also represents clients in various corporate, business, tax and real estate matters.
While in law school, Mr. Toney participated in the Securities Arbitration Practicum, assisting clients with investment and securities issues. As an undergraduate and during law school, Mr. Toney served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Toney was an attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC. Mr. Toney was an attorney with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling when it merged with Buchanan in 2006.
