Mr. Bashaw is a Managing Shareholder of the firm and a member of the Corporate Services Group. His practice focuses in the areas of corporate, technology, estate planning and real estate law including mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. He is experienced with complex corporate finance transactions and negotiating sophisticated commercial transactions. He has broad emerging company experience with clients in many different industries. He works regularly with manufacturing, e-commerce, real estate, medical service providers and high-tech companies.
