The Corporate Services Group provides comprehensive legal services for business clients ranging from start-up companies and closely held firms to multinational publicly-traded companies to private equity firms to non-profit organizations. The Corporate Services Group helps our clients develop strategic plans and business structures that maximize business opportunities and flexibility and minimize regulatory and tax implications. Our attorneys have extensive transactional experience handling both small and sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, sales and consolidations for our business clients. We help clients finance their transactions through traditional and alternative financial institutions, venture capital and private equity firms, investment banks and private or public offerings of equity and debt securities. We advise clients in connection with commercial transactions, preparation of contracts and the creation of joint ventures and strategic alliances. Our corporate clients often call on us create or review their internal policies and procedures and counsel them how best to avoid employment law issues.
